Vacationland Home specializes in real estate readiness and downsizing services that help you move forward with ease. From preparing a home for the market to navigating life transitions, they offer clarity and care every step of the way. Their staging is rooted in intention - using what you already have such as, original artwork & timeless pieces, to create a warm, lived-in feel that helps buyers connect with. They also provide auction and resale services to simplify downsizing and give new life to the things you no longer need.

Erin came to me looking for a brand that felt like Maine - warm, grounded, and natural, but still modern and minimal. The logo mark ties right into that: the “V” is shaped by a seagull’s wings in flight, symbolizing moving forward, while the “H” is built from posts with a perched seagull to add a calm, grounded touch. The color palette leans into earthy greens, grounding browns, and soft tans, creating a balance between minimal and inviting. With its organic depth and warmth, the brand comes across as authentic, approachable, and easy to trust. To round it out, I designed social media templates and business cards so she could show up consistently and confidently across every touchpoint.
